Clear, proactive, and fairly priced IT support for small to medium-sized businesses in the Greater Puget Sound area. Founded with over 25 years of hands-on MSP experience and backed by a growing team of skilled technicians.
MSP experience from Y2K through cloud and hybrid work.
Technicians who explain clearly and respond fast.
Predictable pricing—no surprise upsell scripts.
I started in IT in 1999, right in the middle of the Y2K panic, deploying patches and helping businesses get their systems ready for the new millennium. Since then, I've spent more than 25 years hands-on with technology, from on-premise servers and desktop support to cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and the always-connected world businesses operate in today.
Most of my career has been spent supporting small to medium-sized businesses as an MSP technician. I've seen excellent proactive support keep teams running smoothly. I've also seen bloated contracts, surprise bills, and technicians who left business owners more confused than when they started.
That experience is exactly why I founded Network26. I wanted to build the kind of IT partner I wish more small businesses had access to.
At Network26, we focus on delivering enterprise-grade reliability and proactive support that's sized for real teams, not enterprise budgets. No unnecessary upsells. No confusing contracts. Just clear communication, predictable pricing, and technology that helps you focus on running and growing your business.
I’m backed by skilled technicians who handle day-to-day tickets, projects, and onsite work the same way I would: plain English, ownership of the fix, and respect for your staff’s time. Learn more about our managed IT services or see a case study.
