What managed IT means

IT that works in the background

Managed IT is ongoing care for your technology, not a one-time fix when something is already on fire. At Network26, we monitor systems, apply updates, catch problems early, and give your team a real person to call when something still goes wrong.

We built this for small to medium-sized businesses that need professional support without enterprise bloat. You get proactive maintenance, clear communication, and transparent pricing, the same standards on our how Greg founded Network26 after 25+ years of hands-on MSP work.

Looking for local coverage? We support the Greater Puget Sound and South Sound, with dedicated pages for Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, and Puyallup.

What's included

Core managed IT capabilities

The foundation of every plan. Security, cloud, and projects layer on as needed, without surprise upsells.

Proactive monitoring

Optional 24/7 monitoring so we see performance issues, disk failures, and offline devices before your staff does.

Patch management

Operating system and application updates applied on a sensible schedule, fewer vulnerabilities, fewer “update forced a restart” surprises.

Proactive issue resolution

We fix the early warning signs, failing drives, certificate expiry, backup failures, before they turn into lost workdays.

Regular health checks

Scheduled reviews of devices, licenses, and security posture so your environment stays documented and intentional as you grow.

Help desk coordination

Password resets, app issues, printers, and day-to-day friction, same-day remote troubleshooting so staff aren’t stuck waiting on you.

Dedicated support contact

You know who you’re talking to. No black-box ticket queues and no jargon wall, just clear updates and fast follow-through.

Flexible monthly plans that scale with your team. See the full services overview on the homepage, including cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, network admin, and onsite projects.

HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

More detail on

Who it's for

Right-sized for real teams

Managed IT fits offices that have outgrown “the person who knows computers” but don’t need (or want) a full internal IT department. Common fits include professional services, medical and dental practices, retail operations, and growing service businesses across Western Washington.

You care about uptime, security, and Microsoft 365 working the way staff expect. You don’t want confusing contracts or a stack of tools you’ll never use. That’s the Network26 approach: no jargon, no upsells, just results.

FAQ

Managed IT questions

What is included in Network26 managed IT?

Core managed IT includes proactive monitoring options, patch management, health checks, proactive issue resolution, help desk coordination, and a dedicated support contact. Cybersecurity, backups, Microsoft 365, network work, and onsite projects can be part of the same relationship. See the services overview.

Do you offer break-fix, or only managed IT?

Both. Managed IT is proactive under a predictable monthly plan, monitoring, updates, and early fixes so outages are the exception. Break-fix is as-needed: we help when something fails or you have a project, and you pay for the work performed. Most clients choose managed over time, but if break-fix is what you want, we’re happy to support that.

Do you offer remote and onsite managed IT?

Yes. Same-day remote support is the default for speed. Onsite visits are available throughout Western Washington, including Seattle, Tacoma, Puyallup, and surrounding areas, when hands-on work is needed.

Who is managed IT for?

Small to medium-sized businesses that need reliable technology without a full-time IT department, professional offices, medical and dental practices, retail, nonprofits, and service businesses across the Greater Puget Sound.

How do I get a free assessment?

Call or text 425-368-9526, email [email protected], or use the contact form. Clear next steps and pricing. No pressure.
