Reviewing email authentication records on a laptop
One domain Standard setup 30-day watch

DMARC setup
for one business domain

Someone can send email that looks like it came from you if SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are missing or unfinished. We review the records, publish the right ones, and watch it for 30 days.

A typical domain

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, a few known senders, one domain.

Review, then publish

We check what’s already in place, then publish the right records.

Who this is for

One domain that never got finished

Most offices run Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, have a few tools sending mail, and never finished SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. The standard setup is for that kind of domain: one domain, the usual senders, records done properly.

If you have several domains or a long list of senders, we’ll look first and quote it. You won’t get a surprise after you request it.

Want to see the records yourself? Our free DMARC checker is a public lookup. Same view we use, no signup.

THE STANDARD SETUP

What’s included

One domain. Anything beyond that is a quote.

Included

  • · A review of your current SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records
  • · Usual senders listed (about 3 to 5), and DKIM on when we have access
  • · Records published. We start by watching, then tighten when it’s safe
  • · 30 days of watching the reports, and we’ll stay in touch

Not included

  • · Multiple domains. Each extra domain is quoted separately
  • · A long list of senders, broken records, or rebuilding how mail is set up
  • · Jumping to a full lock-down on day one, before the reports are clean
  • · Inbox troubleshooting or ongoing managed IT

If it looks more complicated than that, we’ll say so and quote it before we start.

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps, then we watch

1
Request the setup
Tell us the domain, where email is hosted, and roughly how many tools send mail from it.
2
We confirm the price
If it’s the standard setup, we say so and send next steps. If it isn’t, you get a quote instead.
3
Give us access
DNS for the domain, plus mailbox admin so DKIM can be turned on. That’s usually the wait, not the work.
4
Publish and watch
We start carefully so real mail still delivers. Then we watch it for 30 days and keep you posted.

Typical turnaround is a few business days after we have DNS and mailbox admin access.

Request this setup

Fill this out and we’ll confirm it’s the standard setup before anything is billed. Usually the same business day.

  • · One business domain
  • · Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace is the usual case
  • · You’ll need DNS and mailbox admin access

We usually reply the same business day. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

FAQ

Common questions

What does the standard setup include?

The standard setup is $350. We review SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, clean up the usual senders on one Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace domain, publish the right records, set up reporting, and watch it for 30 days.

Will this lock the domain down on day one?

Usually no. We start by watching so invoices, newsletters, and scanners still go through. During the 30 days we tighten the policy when the reports look clean. We don’t jump to a full lock-down on day one unless the review already says it’s safe.

What if we have several domains or a lot of senders?

That’s quoted separately. The form asks where mail is hosted and roughly how many tools send from the domain so we can tell the difference before anything is billed.

What access do you need?

DNS access for the domain, and admin access to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace so DKIM can be turned on. If someone else manages DNS, they can publish the records we send. Work usually finishes within a few business days after we have access.

Can I just check the domain myself?

Yes. Use the free DMARC checker or the spoof preview. No signup. Those tools show what’s missing. Use this page if you want us to set it up.
